I am a candidate for Montgomery County Democratic Central Committee (MCDCC)- At Large. I have proudly called Montgomery County home for over 20 years. Now, beyond my service in uniform, I am stepping forward to serve in a new way--to protect our democracy, safeguard free and fair elections, and be a voice that truly reflects the values of our community.
What is the MCDCC?
MCDCC is the governing body of the Democratic Party in Montgomery County, MD that works to elect Democrats through voter registration, outreach, and grassroots organizing and fundraising. Members have a critical voice in reviewing and recommending candidates for appointment to vacancies in the State Legislature.
Where She Stands On
The Issues
This administration is challenging the health of our community through failure to support Affordable Care Act subsidies, fear, intimidation, unlawful abductions and threats to voter rights and our democratic values. As a member of MCDCC At Large, I will always stand for the values of integrity, truth, justice, and protection under the laws of Maryland and our Constitution. I will always take action to expand access to health care, community outreach and engagement, and be a proponent of single payor health care in Maryland and the Nation.
